WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

 ORDER TRACKING SUPPORT 
For orders placed while signed in to your ceezle.com account, sign in and visit your Order History. 
 
 GUEST ORDER TRACKING 
If you placed a guest order (or cannot find an order on your account), check our ORDER TRACKER and enter your order number (i.e., CZ000000000) and email address to find your order details. 
To access tracking details, click on the ”VIEW ORDER” button.

 SHIPPING TIME 
Due to the coronavirus's impact and the mandates in place, your order may experience a shipping delay. This delay is due to several factors, including travel restrictions, available staffing, and/or federal/state/local mandates.

 ORDER TRACKING TIPS & CONSIDERATIONS 
*Shipping times may vary during high volume order periods
 If your order has not shipped after three business days, you will receive an email notifying you.  Some reasons for the delay could include the following:

 Return Policy 
1. Items can be returned or exchanged within 45 days after the purchase date. Please note that FLash Sale, free gifts, Swimsuits, Lingerie and Clearance items  cannot be returned. 
2. First return is free. Please pay the cost and keep your return invoice,  provide to our customer service for refund. For later returns, if items returned without quality related issue, return shipping fee is at your own cost.
3. You can call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office. 
4. Before sending back the products, please contact our customer service first for return address.

 Return Conditions 
1. For items with no quality issue, please ensure the returned items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and the original packaging. All return requests must be authorized by our customer service team before shipping to our returned address.
2. For items with quality or size issue, Free Return shipping is applicable. Please contact our customer service with some clear pictures to show the problem. Once confirmed, return address will be send to you immediately.
For below circumstances, customers could contact us for return or refund:
Received wrong or damaged item(s)
Items are not as described on product page
Received faulty item(s)
Missing item(s)
Poor material or workmanship

 Return Process 
Please carefully follow our return process to minimize any delays: 
1. If your item is qualified to be returned, please Submit a Request in our Support Center stating your:
    Order number
    SKU number or product name
    Reason for return
2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours.
3. Please return the item to the return address we provided and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
4. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange refund or exchange as requested immediately.

 Important Notice 
1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address that our customer service provide to you.
2. Please make sure you don't include non-Ceezle items in your return package by accident. We will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.
3. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

 Return address and refunds 
1. You will need to send your returning products to our warehouse. Please always Contact Us: support@ceezle.com prior to returning the items by Submitting a ticket to obtain return address. Please DON'T return your package to any address indicated on the shipping label of the package received, we cannot be held responsible if packages are returned to the wrong address.
2. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account that you used to pay for the order. Depending on your financial institution, the refund may take up to 14 business days to show up on your account. Please be noted that the original shipping fee and insurance fee are non-refundable.
